The Pink Recycling Bin that was on Hallfields Lane positioned on the vacant car park at The John Clare pub mysteriously arrived as mysteriously vanished.
Leaving discarded rubbish behind reported to the Peterborough City Council for collection.

Local residents, Dog owners and their dogs was placing dog parcels into the bin, No indication was attached to provide any clues for its use.
Dog bin is required for Hallfields Lane.
The council did not provide the bin, yesterday the bin was removed by a male with a van, I need your help, If you know of the whereabouts of the Pink bin and who gave permission for the bin to be sited at the John Clare Pub.
