Local resident Sarah Townsin, contacted me recently to raise concerns about speeding on Gunthorpe Road.
Sarah has now started a petition on road safety.
She told me, “I have spoken with other residents and action is long overdue. This stretch of road has seen too many incidents. Sadly, the latest one resulted in a death.”
I am backing Sarah’s bid to get something done.
